Training courses

Our learning and development services range from statutory courses, I.T, and managerial training through to assessments of your organisational structure and the promotion of individuals within it.  

At the statutory level we run various basic and advanced courses in Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP, Manual Handling, Fire Warden and First Aid. These topics are available in different languages (Polish, Tamil, and Gujarati) to reflect the diverse workforce of our clients.  In addition, we run multi-level courses in I.T. covering MS Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.

Our wide training portfolio includes dynamic manager and supervisor skills development training, customer service, administrative skills and other key demand-led programmes. These types of programmes can also be tailored to your requirements, identified by our diagnostics interviews.

Generic skills training includes time management, assertiveness and confidence building, effective communications skills, customer care, time management, conflict and stress management, among other subject disciplines.

Courses are either delivered at our Monarch House training suites or on-site at your workplace.
